The Furnas County District Court has dismissed two lawsuits from Frenchman Cambridge Irrigation District water users against the State of Nebraska alleging, among other things, improper administration of surface water to maintain Republican River Compact compliance in 2013 and 2014. Water users in the irrigation district had sought damages of more than $200 million. The Court's order of dismissal is attached below.
