2024 Marks 2nd Year of 12.5" Allocation

A 12.5" allocation - 62.5" total over five years - was approved for 2023-2027 by the Board of Directors. There were no changes to carryforward rules and the area that allocation can be pooled was expanded to nine miles from the previous six miles.
